This Pacific oyster is cultivated in the cool pristine waters of
Southern Puget Sound, Washington.
These oysters are grown from seed using a combination of
tumbling and beach rolling methods. As a result, the
Treasure Cove Oyster grows to be a unique deep cupped,
smooth shelled Emerald.
The nutrient rich water of Case Inlet provides the oysters
with soft plump meat and a salty sweet flavor with a clean finish.
